Project Management

4 year college degree - Construction field or Civil major preferred

Experience required (some commercial experience preferred):

- PM: 10+ years

- APM: 5+ years

- PE: 2+ years

Proficient in Excel, Project (or similar scheduling software), Procore, Bluebeam & Smart Devices

Site Supervision

Experience Required:

- Superintendent: 10+ years in construction supervisory position (residential preferred)

- Assistant Superintendent: 5+ years of construction superior or trade experience

General computer and smart phone proficiency

General LABOR

general construction or trade skills preferred but not required
